How does The Artist Partnership work?
Make a wish list of entertainers, your date(s) and the budget you wish to stay within from your event request form, we find the act or acts from your list that are available for your specific date that fall within your budget. We then figure out how much of the production responsibilities you wish to take on (i.e. sound, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, etc.) and quote you a price for the entertainment inclusive of the production responsibilities that we will handle.
What are the elements (production responsibilities) that make up a live musical performance?
Almost every produced concert/event is made up of the following aspects:
- The artist/entertainment fee
- Flights
- Ground transportation
- Hotel accommodations
- Pre production and on-site producer
- Sound
- Lights
- Back line equipment (the band’s gear)
- Staging
- Power
- Misc. rider requirements
- Marketing and Promotion
What are the elements (production responsibilities) that make up a comedy, speaking, sports figure or Hollywood celebrity appearance?
Almost every appearance by an individual is made up of the following aspects:
- The appearance fee
- Flights
- Ground transportation
- Hotel accommodations
- Sound (for speakers and comedians)
- Misc. rider requirements (i.e. coffee, hot meal, towels, water)
Are there upfront fees to use The Artist Partnership?
Yes, while initial quotes and basic information are free, once engaged to work on your event, there are fee’s to commence working and make offers on your behalf.
What are rider requirements?
The rider is added to each artist contract by the artist and is a list of what each performer requires to make appearance. It includes a list of everything from production specs for sound and lights, travel information, .
What is a Turn-Key event?
The Artist Partnership can help you with handling virtually all aspects of your event. From working on Artist/Performer selection within your budget, producing your event, handling production, travel and more.

What kind of finances are needed for my event?
Each event, whether corporate, convention, private, charity fundraiser or college needs full financing ahead of time. In order to pull off a flawless event and make sure it is everything it needs to be, no element of the financing can be contingent. Industry standards require all offers for talent to be firm and binding, thus our client’s must have the necessary finances and be prepared fully to fulfill all obligations needed for such an event in advance.
